EXCHANGE/RETURN  POLICY

Undamaged items that have not been worn, washed or altered may be exchanged within 30 days of the order date or no credit will be given by the company.

Claims for damaged, missing or incorrect items must be made within 10 days of receipt of your order.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

There is no restocking fee.

It can take up to 30 days to process any credit refund.

When we receive this form, a Return Authorization with instructions will be emailed to you.  The Return Authorization MUST BE included with your return.

PAYMENTS

If you choose to send us a check or money order, we will begin work once the money order or check clears our account. Please be aware that this slows down the delivery process.
